Adam and Eve. An apple tree
goldened by the morning light.
Fresh smell of roses in the air.
He and she come closer. Suddenly
the soul awakes in sovereignty…
for the first time in a human pupil
love shines in the fervent gaze!
Both in a drunken fever pitch,
protagonists they are of the great poem.
Adams fall prey in the arms of Eve,
Lucifer’s laugh is heard from the abyss,
God sentences his biblical excommunication
and Creation explodes from the first kiss!

Paraíso. Extasiados frente a frente
Eva y Adán. Un árbol de manzana
dorado por la luz de la mañana.
Fresco olor de rosal en el ambiente.
Se acercan él y ella. De repente
el alma se despierta soberana….
¡por vez primera en la pupila humana
brilla el amor en la mirada ardiente!
Ambos en embriagante paroxismo,
protagonistas son del gran poema.
Cae Adán en los brazos de Eva preso,
se oye a Luzbel reír desde el abismo,
pronuncia Dios el bíblico anatema
¡y estalla en la Creación el primer beso!
