Eugenio Astol
(He/Him)Eugenio Astol was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico in 1868 and died in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1948. Astol won many awards for his participation as an orator in ceremonies and public activities. He was also a journalist and published in political and literary magazines in Mayagüez, Ponce, San Juan, and outside of Puerto Rico. His publications include Noche de fiesta (La Democracia, 1897), Cuentos y fantasías (1904), Tres banderas: comedia en un acto y prosa (Tip. La Defensa, 1912), En torno de Cristo (Maucci, 1931), Hombres del pasado (1934), Pláticas por radio (Imp. La Primavera, 1934), Religión y Religiones and Masonería Esotérica.
