Frank Lima
(He/Him)The poet and chef, Frank Lima, was born in 1939 in Spanish Harlem, New York and passed away in 2013 in Long Island, New York. He earned an MFA from Columbia University and was trained in French cuisine. Lima taught poetry at the St. Mark’s Church Poetry Project and culinary classes at the New York Restaurant School. His works include Inventory (Tibor de Nagy Editions, 1964), Underground with the Oriole (Dutton, 1971), Angel: New Poems (Liveright, 1976), and Incidents of Travel in Poetry: New & Selected Poems (City Lights Books, 2016).
