Ramón Negrón Flores was born in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico in 1867 and died in 1945. He was a poet and mayor of the Municipality of Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. He was also president during several terms of the Federation of Spiritists of Puerto Rico and repeatedly laureate in the Spiritist Floral Games of Barcelona. His poetry includes “Dudas,” “Sinfonía Primaveral,” and “María”.
